Search for decisions and legal articles

The quick search not only finds keywords across all content, but also recognizes important citations (unpublished as well as officially published decisions of the Federal Court, Federal Administrative Court and Federal Criminal Court as well as law articles from the systematic collection of laws of the federal government). Enter the desired decision or article in the search field and click on the magnifying glass. For example, the search recognizes unpublished Federal Supreme Court decisions (BGer 6B_115 / 2017) or officially published Federal Supreme Court decisions (BGE 142 I 177) as well as law articles (Article 716a OR) and provides you with a precise hit list.

Search with operators

"..." (Phrase search)
If you enclose a word or a word sequence in quotation marks, only matches with exactly this word or word sequences in the same order and form are found.
Example: "Ist der Arbeitnehmer nur teilweise an der Arbeitsleistung" --> finds exactly this sentence
AND, &&
Only hits which contain all selected search terms and are linked to the operators (AND, &&) are displayed.
Example: recht AND ordnung recht && ordnung
